“THE  8 M’S OF MARKETING: FACEBOOK FOR BUSINESS”  (1ST  IN A SERIES)

 

The Greenville Area Office of the Clemson University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Jay Handler of The Marketing Department are excited to announce the 1st in a series of 4 Marketing Workshops (2ND Wednesdays, September through December) entitled “The 8 M’s of Marketing: Facebook for Business.”

 

In the first workshop, Jay will help you make use of the latest Facebook Applications, Customized Facebook Tabs and teach you his “8 M’s of Marketing” that will carry over from Facebook to ALL your marketing efforts. Learn how to market to today’s consumer through Social Media. 

 

The first workshop will be held at Clemson at the Falls (55 East Camperdown Way, Greenville, SC 29601) on Wednesday, September 8th, Room 2-C from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.

The Clemson Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers personal guidance and assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Abbeville, Edgefield, Saluda, Greenwood and Laurens counties.

Through personal and confidential consultation, SBDC representatives provide one-on-one management and technical assistance to small business owners who wish to start, grow or maintain their businesses. The SBDC offers marketing analysis, business plan preparation, financial feasibility studies and other valuable resources to the entrepreneur at little to no cost.

The regional SBDC operates in conjunction with the Frank L. Roddey Small Business Development Center of South Carolina, a consortium of four universities, whose 15 regional/area centers are located throughout the state. As part of the College of Business and Behavioral Science at Clemson University, the Clemson Regional SBDC is located at 55 East Camperdown Way in downtown Greenville.
